Made a special pumpkin pie for my daughter at Thanksgiving. She has many food allergies that requires special preperation. I never like for her to be left out so do my best to make her special treats for family gatherings. I was determined to make her a pumpkin pie this year. I made the filling, crust AND whipped topping all from scratch containing none of the foods that she can't eat.
