Bungie Turned An Old Favorite Into A Modern Masterpiece

Elsie's Rifle came back in a big way. Formally the Stranger's Rifle, This pulse has some of the craziest stats we have seen. They did it right and they did it justice. The stats that it has with the perks that are there brings out and elevates a perk combo that I have never seen before. That isn't to say you shouldn't be hunting for other rolls though. Get one and get it ready to be enhanced.
