The site for this home of 4,000 sq ft sits amid a quiet locality of Kottakkal, Kerala. A blend of green landscape and blue sky establishes a strong connection of the house with nature. The tropical climate multiplies the look and feel of the space. For Aslam Sham Architects, this project came as a redesigning project. With the built volume already in place, the client wanted to give a facelift to the old structure and redesign the interiors.
