The manual crowning machine is used for affixing standard crown caps to glass bottles. It is intended for use in pharmaceutical, beverage and chemical industries where small production batches are required (approx. 240 to 360 bottles per hour). The machine also finds use in laboratories where test batches are made. The manual crowning machine can accommodate bottles from 150 mm to 350 mm in height and diameters up to 170 mm. Typically these machines can cater to capping of 200 ml flavoured milk bottles to large ketchup bottles (1.5 lit) and chemical reagent bottles of diameters up to 170 mm.
