Ovulation occurs mid-cycle, but every woman’s cycle is different and your own ovulation can vary from month to month. There are several ways to figure out when you’re ovulating, and ovulation test strips (AKA: Ovulation Predictor Kit strips or OPK's) are one of the best options out there. In this video we take a look at how to use them and most importantly, how to READ them correctly.
