Welcome to the new intermediate series of classes. These practices are a little more challenging for your strength, flexibility and balance.
This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow. We begin slowly opening the hips, mobilising the shoulders, wrists and spine. The class then gradually builds in intensity. A steady paced flow including lunges, warriors, twists, balances (1/2 moon, warrior 3, shiva squats, standing big toe pose), backbends and an inversion option. Wind down with some seated breath work and shavasana. Well rounded for the established practitioner. (It's not fast or advanced, just steady and challenging - it'll create some warmth) Enjoy!
