Volvo 850 Restoration - Rear Control Arm Bushings & Exhaust Replacement

Today we replaced the rear control arm bushings (delta links) and the exhaust on our Volvo 850. Replacing the delta links turned out to be quite the job as they are not easy to remove even with the special tool we bought!

- Project’s Background Story -
On February 21 ’09 our dad bought this ’96 Volvo 850 2.5L 20V estate. The Volvo has a big emotional value for us and seeing the car sitting still for so many years and watching nature taking over broke our hearts. After nine years, and sitting outside for 7 of those 9 years, we finally got our hands on the 850 and brought it back to its home where we will restore it to its former glory. Once we finish the restoration, we intend to make a road trip and keep in the family for many more years to come.
