Master the fretboard with this ONE exercise

Hi Friendsss!
Today we are going to go through an exercise that will help you memorize the notes on the fretboard and visualize it in a completely different way.
When I first started learning guitar this was one of the biggest issues I had and just by practicing this exercise 5 to 10 min a day it completely changed my view of the fretboard and improved by soloing and comping.
