We as most humans, live in the 3rd dimension but what's come to my awareness through an entry in Dolores Cannon's recent link - we jump the 4th frequently when we awake and go straight down the tunnel to the 5th.

Robert Monroe developed the hemi-sync for the CIA once he understood this so science also backs this up. The dimension that's jumped is that of time. This is important because when we remove our need and the chaos and encumberment of time and this means we can jump reality (as far as a timeline and the here) and live in the moment - we can adapt, view, change and become entangled with a new identity and therefore a new path.
