Hello and welcome back to…. you’ve already read this all in the video (I hope you did)
We have Tapu Bulu to deal with and it is a simple LA to clear but sticking to pure F2P units won’t cut it. I used a combination to story units, event units, BP units and easy to summon 3*/4* gachas.
Tapu Bulu summons Grassy Terrain after every sync and thus also heals itself, but don’t worry about it, rather, your grass type units, like Sceptile, Serperior, Venusaur etc. can use it to their advantage.
I do recommend using a strong tank especially for the 3rd bar where it begins using Wood Hammer. Xerneas is plenty but Torterra or Blastoise can be better replacements.
Another replacement would be Braviary or Pidgeot which are better damage dealers than Swanna, but then you’ll miss out on either Unova and Gym Leader (if you use Blue) or Gym Leader theme skill (if you use Nate). But there’s plenty of space to fill those out.
One mistake that I made was not counting the opponent’s sync moves on 3rd HP bar so my last team was specifically made for the purpose of tanking the oncoming sync move and then killing Tapu Bulu asap. If your 2nd team lasts one more round and takes the Sync move then your last team can be more flexible since you’d be only missing 1 unit with Flying type theme skill and you’ll have plenty of options.
