Introduction Of Centrifugal Feeders:
The centrifugal feeder systems can be interfaced and supplied as a complete packaging line with further product transportation via downstream conveyor systems to subsequent packaging operations such as capping, labeling, flow wrapping and cartoning applications.

Advantage Of Rotary Bowl Systems:
Unlike a vibratory bowl feeder, a centrifugal feeder does not use any vibrations or tracks to orient component parts, but an angled, rotating disk driven by electric motors to cast component parts to the outer edge of the bowl rim. Specialized tooling is introduced that orients the component parts prior to exit. Centrifugal feeders are mostly used for those applications with special requirements such as high speed production and gentle handling. Component parts with no tendency to tangle at a high feed rate such as pumps, caps or medical device components are ideal to use the approach of centrifugal feeder technology.
