Ingredients :
150g (2/3 cup) butter(牛油)
50g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
130g (2/3 cup) soft brown sugar (黄糖)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
220g (1 2/3 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
3/4 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
100g (1 1/3 cups) desiccated coconut (干椰丝)


Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C烤20分钟。
