Driving In My Car - A Hand Drum Action Song To Teach Rhythm and Accents

Let's use our imagination to turn our hand drums into steering wheels and drive our cars around town! When the light is green, we GO! When the light is red, we STOP--tapping eighth note patterns on our hand drums using a "vrrm vrrm" vocalization to help with the rhythm. We'll also practice accents as we emphasize the first VRRM in each measure with an extra loud boom on our drum!

This upbeat action drum song for preschoolers and early elementary students will strengthen their rhythm skills while fueling an active imagination!
