Pork Humba Bisaya with Black Beans Maglalaway ka sa Sarap

Описание к видео Pork Humba Bisaya with Black Beans Maglalaway ka sa Sarap

Pork Humba Bisaya is braised pork usually thought of as adobo due to the similarity of the color as well as the ingredients with slight variations and it comes from the Visayan region of the Philippines.

Some people add pineapple with the juice, some just add vinegar and brown sugar but whatever you put in there as long as it is edible I am sure you do not want to to miss it.

We were first introduce to it by a friend in Singapore as we usually have gatherings where we potluck and cook the dish of your choice and bring it for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients

2 lbs Pork Belly

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar

4 pcs dried bay leaves
