back once again to make you feel better about yourself.

I'll be 100% honest. I've been scheduling videos early due to a Dentist appointment.
I'm on meds that mess with my teeth and its causing some issues.
getting an appointment at a good time is kinda tricky so I have had to mess with my sleep schedule.

hopefully I can go back to a sleep schedule that works for me soon
