Fishing with Popping Corks are one of the most effective inshore saltwater rigs for all species. Fishing a popping cork with shrimp is LIT! ZMan shrimp are legit and that's what we used with some pro-cure action. Anyways ya'll see it in the vid - but use a popping cork in shallow flats for them redfish, trout, snook, tarpon, flounder and striper of course! Oh, but you have to watch the end of the vid for the redfish sushi. Yes, redfish sushi - I'm not crazy and this is actually my favorite way to eat redfish now. It tastes similar to Snapper Sushi and has the similar texture.
