Here is an example how cloudHQ helps collaboration by creating shared Google Gmail label.
You have just received a number of emails in your Gmail account that is critical for your current team project and would like to share this with the rest of the team for their reference. Just copy these emails to a Google Gmail label that is labeled “Project Panther”, for example, but you can choose any label name. All the emails and their attachments in that label will be automatically replicates to your entire team’s Google Gmail as well as in their Google Drive accounts.
Everybody will have these emails in their Gmail label named “Project Panther” and everybody will have these emails also in their Google Drive folder “Project Panther”.
