If we talk about the contribution of culture and architecture in medieval history, the Mughal period has contributed the most. With the establishment of the Mughal period in 1526 AD, a new era of architecture began in India. From Babur's gardens to the mosque built by Aurangzeb, the Mughal rulers enriched the architecture of India in many ways. Mughal architecture is an important chapter in Indian history. This art style developed between the 16th and 18th centuries. मध्यकालीन इतिहास में सांस्कृतिक और स्थापत्य क्षेत्र के योगदान की बात की जाये तो सर्वाधिक योगदान मुगल काल का है. 1526 ई. में मुगलकाल की स्थापना के साथ भारत में स्थापत्य कला के एक नवीन युग का आरम्भ हुआ. बाबर के बागों से लेकर औरंगजेब द्वारा बनवाई गयी मस्जिद तक मुगलकालीन शासकों ने भारत की स्थापत्य कला को कई तरह से समृद्ध किया. मुगलकालीन स्थापत्य कला भारतीय इतिहास में एक महत्वपूर्ण अध्याय है। यह कला शैली 16वीं से 18वीं शताब्दी के बीच विकसित हुई. आज के इस ऑडियो आर्टिकल में मुगलकालीन स्थापत्य कला, उनकी विशेषताओं और अलग-अलग शासकों के काल में बनवाई गयी इमारतों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गयी है।
