Brady’s Distillery right here in Roanoke, Virginia is the source for this episode’s pour. And, while I’m not a huge fan of gin, the Brady’s Prohibition Style Gin is quite nice. This particular gin batch has been aged in old whiskey barrels, so the often-prominent floral notes have been aligned with the warm accents from the whiskey!
