Every single arc just shows me that the author is one of the most creative people who ever lived Because he can invent such simple but interesting ideas like the calm belt where there’s absolutely no wind or current Another example of this creativity is how Warship island is literally an island shaped like a warship I know it sounds stupid and super simple but like who thought about this And considering how intense things get in such a small arc I can’t even imagine what I’m going to see in the Grand Line The music really elevates everything and at times genuinely almost makes me feel like I’m watching a Ghibli movie The new villain Eric the Whirlwind is pretty lame but his devil fruit powers are actually kind of cool The pacing is slow isn’t too disturbing in this arc And apparently this arc is filler but I am so impressed by its quality that I’ll give it an 8 out of 10
