Okay, as you can see, we're right now on the inside of Instabuilder 2.0. This is a great website drag and drop designer that you can use to create web site pages, landing pages, sales pages and the dreaded squeeze pages without having any type of design skill whatsoever.

As a matter of fact, the interface used here is what's called a drag and drop interface, which means you basically drag your components such as text, video, to wherever you want on the web page, and it loads it there for you to use in your project.

Let's scroll down and look at some of the features you have with Instabuilder 2.0.

As we scroll down through Instabuilder, you'll see some of the many features that you have with this actual designer. You're able to drag and drop and create sales page templates.

You're able to create pages starting from scratch. For example, if you see a page that you like on the internet, using the design drag and drop builder inside, you can actually mimic and create that exact same page.

You have all these different types of elements.

Video elements, countdown elements, timer elements, evergreen elements, webinar elements and so on.

All built into this one designer. You have graphics already built in, background graphics as well as images.

This is a great tool that you can use that will save you money on hiring a designer while still maintaining a professional-looking sales page, squeeze page, landing page for your real estate investing business.

Now, no doubt there's a lot of different selections out there for you to choose from in the same marketplace.

For example, you have lead pages and click funnels. Those are quite more expensive, but for the bang for the buck,
