Castleboro House, Wexford, Ireland - built in 1770 and was owned by the Carews but burnt down in 1840. Lady Carew ran inside the burning mansion to rescue her needlework and was killed when the interior collapsed.
She was renowned as Europes 2nd most talented embroideress and created stunning tapestries.
Her screams are still reported to be heard reguarly...
It was rebuilt and then burnt again in 1923 during the troubles in Ireland.

Coolbawn house was built by Francis Bruen in 1840 - an English absentee landlord who favoured the protestants over the catholics. The house was burnt in 1914...
Is it haunted? Not sure but felt very oppressive inside and a feeling of being watched...
