Intentional Deprogramming and Decluttering.

Right from our conception till our death and beyond, not in ways that's necessarily esoteric, but in our 3D, physical realty as well, where we transfer our conditioned programming/ Information on to our next generations; we are downloaded with a constant stream information that many a times we don't even stop to get curious about, pause enough to reflect upon and what we do not pause to think about gets regurgitated and re-produced, which may at times be someone's else desire and expectations for us and unless we get a little curious to know, if it's our desire as well, we are literally becoming an embodiment of someone's else's desires, aspirations, expectations and life, that they didn't embody themselves.
If we desire to live more Attuned and Intune with ourselves, where we are not disconnected and deceiving ourselves consciously or nonconsciously, we need to look at the information downloads and uploads that have happened throughout the course of our lifetimes.
