The Easiest Egg Fly Pattern: Tie the EZ Egg

Описание к видео The Easiest Egg Fly Pattern: Tie the EZ Egg

In this fly tying tutorial you can learn how to tie the EZ Egg. Love them or hate them, egg flies catch fish. At certain times of year (particularly late fall through the winter and into early spring) they are a huge part of a trout's food source in rivers and lakes. Whether they're eating the eggs of other spawning trout or spawning non-trout species like suckers, they really key in on them. So, there are some days when if you want to catch fish, you need to fish an egg fly.

To help you tie more effective, durable and varied egg flies we came up with our new EZ Egg Yarn. A semi-translucent chenille, it is a perfect match for an egg when it gets wet. It's available in mini (6mm diameter) and regular (15mm diameter). Each size also comes in 3 options: regular, pearl or UV. They are also available in 24 colors each. Can you imagine how many different egg fly variations you can tie with all of that?
