This coconut treat is a Caribbean favorite, but goes by different names, absolutely delicious!


Ingredients
1-2 coconut 🥥 or 3-4 cups cut into small pieces
2 cups brown sugar
2-3 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp grated nutmeg
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
2 cinnamon leaves or stick
3-4 cups water

Cook for 30-35 minutes or until reach a thick syrup consistency, as shown in the video.
