Only One Motion Move Controller not Working on PS4/PS5? FIXED!

I show you how to fix a Playstation (PS) motion move controller where only one controller is working on the PS4 or PS5. I tried resetting and repairing prior but still did not work until I turned off the console with the working motion controller then plug in the non-working motion controller then turn on the PS4/PS5 then press the PS button on the non-working controller that is plugged in.
