This no-bake chocolate biscuit cake holds a special place as my childhood favourite! The chocolate slices are very easy to make using simple ingredients. Don’t forget to turn on your CC/SUBTITLES for step by step instructions.

Ingredients:
200g plain sweet biscuits
170ml milk (2/3 cup)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of your biscuits)
2 tbsp melted butter, lukewarm
1/2 cup (60g) crushed walnuts or hazelnuts (optional)
Optional toppings: desiccated coconut or crushed nuts

Notes and Tips:
Be cautious not to over-crush the biscuits as they will be crushed once you shape the mixture.
You can shape the mixture in any way you like, eg.pyramid/cylinder/rectangular shape etc. You can even make mini bite-sized balls.
Freeze it for at least 2-3 hours until it sets (or freeze it overnight).
