In this video we spend some time exploring the streets of Barcelona!

After some frustrating New York airport delays, I finally arrived in Spain’s enchanting city, stepping into a cozy Barcelona Airbnb and instantly falling in love with its sunlit streets. From my first steps walking around Barcelona, I was captivated by the charm, colors, and energy everywhere.

Mornings started with Billy Brunch, wandering the magical alleys of the Gothic Quarter, and gazing up at the awe-inspiring Basílica de la Sagrada Família. I even spotted a whimsical Caganer toy tucked away like a little secret. The Mercat de la Boqueria was a feast for the senses—fresh queso, prosciutto, and vibrant local flavors everywhere.

Golden hours at Barcelona beach, sipping an espresso martini, and a spontaneous stop at Barcelona McDonald’s all added to the city’s playful charm. Nights sparkled with bar hopping, discovering a hidden Barcelona speakeasy, and testing the city’s famous pizza with a one-bite challenge (Mike did not approve).

Along the way, we met a friendly street cat, heard the melodic Barcelona bird whistle, and explored lively street markets. The Gràcia neighborhood and its colorful Gràcia street festival felt like stepping into a dream.
