Welcome. Let's go into it. This is a little music to change your mindset to have a more harmonious living mindset.

Right now, there are so many things happening in the world where we are letting go. Letting go, shifting, transforming, ascending into who we truly are. Many of you had to go through big, big transformations of forgiveness, of envisioning, dreaming, tapping into a bigger spectrum of energy. That's peace, joy, love. PEACE, LOVE, JOY PEACE, LOVE, JOY. Let's tap into that grid, alright? We got a peace, love, joy grid. We got a peace, love, joy grid. We gotta tap into to raise this vibe, me and you. 💜

Today in prayer and meditation, the words that I heard very clearly were, "Time to ELEVATE. Time to ELEVATE your mind, your body, and your spirit. Elevate your mind, your body, and your spirit. We gotta ELEVATE. ELEVATE your mind, body, spirit. Elevate, Elevate! We're going to ELEVATE our minds, our bodies, and our spirits to help us transform. 💫

Cause we're in this 5D creative process, you know. Or some of you are. Some of you are in the stages of letting go and that's ok. We are all taking one breath at a time, one step at a time in the journey of awakening to old stories. We are getting our pen out and rewriting our story. Then we have the glory of the Divine make us a part of a story so awesome and fine and divine. 🖊📒

Yea! So, we're dreaming right? So in this prayer, meditation today, I heard the word, "ELEVATE." So if that resonates with you, write it down. Have it somewhere where you will see it. Say, "I am elevating. I elevate out of this situation. I elevate out of these old wounds. You know, they'll try to creep in, right? Or forgiveness or being unforgiving or resentment. You can't hold onto resentment if you want to ELEVATE. If you want to ELEVATE. 💝
