Supply (vacuum) Gas nitriding furnace for aluminum extrusion dies

We have three kinds of nitriding furnace:
1. Normal type, mean operation by manual. Structure is sample and easy to maintain; the furnace structure can meet the extrusion dies nitriding process requirement. If you want to reduce the machine cost, this is a good choice.
2. Vacuum impulse type, mean it is equipped with Vacuum Impulse system, during the process of nitriding, the system is automatic, but the temperature setting for start is manual type. Furnace temperature is controlled by temperature control system, temperature control is controlled by temperature control closed-loop which is made of thermocouple, temperature control meter and Power regulator (PID). Control cabinet setup with overheat alarm, Digital instrumentation equipped an intelligent PID for temperature control precision of ±1℃ and with the function of self-turning, self-adopting, overload, over pressure audible and visual alarm, power-off protection, eight-section temperature option, heat preserving technological curve and so on.
3. With PC and Nitrogen control instrument and hydrogen analysis meter to achieve automatic control the nitrogen potential, no need to adjust the temperature and ammonia gas.
In addition, the furnace can be equipped with advanced and stable power regulator.This system is manly used for adjusting the power according to actual production requirements and based on stable operation performance for save electricity energy. The extrusion die works at the condition of strong extrusion force and high temperature, it needs to stand the very strong friction. So after the extrusion die used a certain time, it need to use the nitriding furnace to do hardening process.
