In this video, I respond to a thoughtful question about belief and evidence: if my thoughts create my reality, wouldn’t believing that I’m “not there yet” simply create more proof of that? My honest answer is yes—and that’s exactly the point. I share my journey openly because I see my life as a living mirror of what’s happening in my mind. What shows up around me isn’t something to judge or fix, but something to observe.

I talk about non-duality and how, even though there is only One, we experience life through duality. Before realizing my true nature, that duality caused a lot of suffering—swinging between highs and lows. After that realization, the suffering eased, but the patterns didn’t disappear overnight. What I see in my reality now acts as a compass, showing me where unconscious programs and beliefs are still running on autopilot.

When I say I’m not yet the person I want to be, I don’t mean from a place of lack or self-rejection. I mean that my body, reactions, and perceptions still reveal conditioning—and that’s okay. I’m deeply grateful to be human, to enjoy life fully, while knowing that my thoughts are not who I truly am. The evidence I see gives me direction, not condemnation. And just as my reality reflects my thinking, watching this video invites you to notice the evidence of your own thoughts too. We’re all in this together—because ultimately, there is only one.
