Pluses:
Easy transportation to the beach and other parts of the resort, Plenty of couches and lounges where to have a drink and nice chatting, nice disco.
staff and food were exellent
The staff is absolutly amazing. The premises are beautiful and clean. Food is really good: nicely cooked and presented.
Minuses:
Food is nice but not as awesome as what the restaurants reflect, there're buildings without elevators and no one warns you about that, then when my dad said he couldn't climb the stairs cause of his knee problem they weren't particularly supportive but instead tried to blame us for not mentioning his stair-climbing problem when booking with them. Some friends left confidently their passports and some valuable goods in their room and got them confiscated without any warning arguing that that's the safety protocol of the hotel, they went through 30 freaking minutes thinking they had been stolen.
