In order to unlock the Who's The Boss Now? achievement, you must unlock the Summoner's full shop, and you do this by killing bosses while you have the Eye of Truth accessory equipped, which causes them to drop a soul. The Eye of Truth accessory is sold by the Summoner, so you must either buy it from him when you see him while exploring the Ghostlands, or recruit him to your base, and then buy it.
What you need to do for this achievement is to kill every boss in the game while wearing the accessory. When the boss is killed, they will drop a soul, and when you use the soul from your hot bar, it will unlock a new summon item in the Summoner's shop. Below, I will list all of the bosses and what their spawn requirements are:
1) Slime King - Randomly spawns on the main island OR you can find and use a Slime Voodoo Doll to summon him.
2) Mineral Spider - Since you have already fought the Mineral Spider by the time you have gotten the Eye of Truth, you will need to summon it by using the Mineral Spider Egg. You will need 30 Mineral Silk, which can be found in the cave by killing spiders, or by breaking the webbed walls. Use the Crafting Station to make the egg item.
3) Frog Prince - Found in the swamp area of the starting island. Kill enemies in the swamp until you have 5 Eye of Newt. Use the 5 Eye of Newt on the altar in the swamp.
4) Overgrown Crab - Search beaches on islands until you find a Blue Crab (rare enemy). Kill it to get a Crab Juice item. This item will summon the boss when used.
5) Grim Reaper - You can find Cursed Dolls in the Pumpkin island caves, or you can make them with 20 Dolls and 20 Needles, which are dropped from enemies in the biome. Use the Cursed Doll to summon the Grim Reaper.
6) Iron Devourer - You need to find a thumper in the forest, swamp, desert and snow. You get these very rarely by killing enemies in these biomes. You also need a piece of flooring from each of these biomes. Once you have all 8 items, place down the flooring, and then place the correct thumper on top of the flooring to summon the boss.
7) Quetzalcoatl - You will need to find a Forbidden Scroll to summon this boss. Head to the Jungle island and find a way to the underground. You will need a Jungle Key to unlock the door. Head down the ladder, and then look for another ladder heading up. Go up the ladder, and you will find Forbidden Scrolls on pedestals in this area.
8) Baba Yaga - After killing Quetzalcoatl, head back to the swamp on the main island. It will now have purple fog in an area of the swamp. Explore around and break the wolf statues around the area. If you need help finding them, find the house walking around and hit it. It will shoot projectiles outwards in the direction of where the statues are. After you have broken all of the statues, destroy the walking house to spawn Baba Yaga. If you need to respawn this boss, kill Quetzalcoatl again.
9) Corrupted King - After killing Baba Yaga, go into the cave on the main island. There will now be corruption, which looks pinkish-red on the map and minimap. Break the Heart in the middle of this area to start an event. Kill enough enemies, and the boss will spawn afterwards. If you need to respawn this boss, kill Baba Yaga again.
10) Huntress - Head to Goblin island. Break 4 of the machines that are pumping out the purple slime-like stuff in the biome. Once you have broken 4, the boss will spawn.
11) Banshee - Head to the Ghostlands after killing Baba Yaga. Search the 3 underground areas for a Red Candle, or unlock crypts with Crypt Keys and check the chests for them. Once you have 3 Red Candles, find the altar and place them.
12) Tut and Cmon - Get the Pyramid Key after killing Banshee. Head to the desert of the starting island. Unlock the door to the upside-down pyramid and go down the ladder. Explore until you find a huge sarcophagus and interact with it.
13) Trichroma Fairy - Head to Trichroma island. Kill a red, blue and yellow Trichroma Ghost to get a Fire, Frost and Sparkling Gem. Grab 3 Crystal by mining it. Find the Trichromatic Roots crafting station in the biome and use it to craft the Fae Gem. Use this to summon the boss.
14) Deep Sea King - Head To Coraline Fields. Kill turtles until you get a wind, earth, fire and water scale. Use the scales on the pedestals around a turtle statue. Enter the statue. Explore until you find a room with a huge Deep Sea King statue and some ladders. Head up. Light the 4 Braziers around the area and then kill enough enemies to complete the events. Once they are done, head to the middle of the room near the ladders and the boss will spawn.
Once you have killed every boss while wearing the Eye of Truth, and then used their soul, the achievement will unlock!
