Описание к видео How to make Instant unniyappam using Wheat Flour| സോഫ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ണിയപ്പം NO Baking Soda|

Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp semolina (rava)
4 ripe small bananas, mashed
3/4 tbsp grated coconut (roasted in 2 tbsp ghee)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 1/2 cups jaggery syrup (you'll add 2 cups first, and then 1/2 cup later)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee (optional for frying)
Coconut oil for frying (you can also use ghee)
Instructions:
Prepare the batter:

In a bowl, combine the 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tbsp semolina, mashed bananas, 3/4 tbsp of grated coconut (roasted in 2 tbsp ghee), sesame seeds, and 2 cups of jaggery syrup.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt and mix everything together using your hands. This will form a thick consistency.
Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
Adjust consistency:
After 30 minutes, add the remaining 1/2 cup of jaggery syrup and 2 tbsp of ghee into the mixture.
Mix everything well again.
Fry :
Heat a paniyaram pan (or an appe pan) over medium heat.
Add coconut oil (or a mix of coconut oil and ghee) to each of the depressions in the pan.
Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot pan, filling each depression.
Cook on low to medium heat, turning the dough balls occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve and enjoy:
This recipe gives you a soft, sweet, and slightly crispy treat that's perfect for a snack or even a dessert. You can adjust the jaggery syrup depending on how sweet you want it. Enjoy!
