Patented Backlight System On Automatic Flexo Plate Mounter SAMM 3.0

Our Patented Backlight System allows the mounting system to easily identify mounting marks, regardless of their condition. This feature enables smoother, faster, and more efficient prepress workflow by making mounting mark identification a more automated process.

When the light source only comes from above, the light can sometimes reflect off the plate, creating a situation where it might be difficult for the mounting marks to be properly recognised. Our Patented Backlight System provides a light source from underneath the plate, allowing the Image Recognition System to be able to pick up an image of the mounting marks with much higher contrast and clarity.
