On this episode, I teach you how to create a residential template for Revit. The tips and strategies will focus mostly on creating schedules, tags, dimensions are other elements that are specific to small residential work.

You will learn how to create window tags that show the area of the window. You will learn how to create tags and dimensions that show both metric and imperial units. You will learn how to create colored floor plans for a specific user created room parameter, and how to create a schedule that includes an area percentage value.

The template showcased in the show is inspired by a custom template created for a small ontario firm called "WeDesignBuild".
