This sweet, crunchy and bubbly treat is an easy make that everyone with a sweet tooth will enjoy.

You may know this under different names, such as cinder toffee (how I know it), as well as hokey pokey and sponge toffee. Whatever you call it, the basic recipe is the same and utterly delicious!
