Tarot + Oracle Message | Feeling Stuck?Recognizing Trauma Responses To Get Unblocked

This week has come with highs and lows for sure. Over the weekend, we might be feeling frustrated, stuck and overwhelmed. Pause. We are in Effect Consciousness and need to shift our consciousness before taking action or being reactive. We need to re-regulate our nervous system, which is probably throwing up all of our favorite trauma responses. We need to turn inward and reflect. Before we can make progress in our outer goals, we need to collect our thoughts and get organized. A lot needs to be done, but it needs to be executed in proper detail. Take your time to do things right and build on a stable and solid foundation. Have patience and don’t feel rushed. This is long term work that takes time to master whether it be the inner work we do in the Self or the outer work we do in the world. Slow down. Pushing or forcing will not give you the results you want. A different approach is needed. Do not let fear keep you frozen in overwhelm. Once you’ve got everything settled inside and out, jump in and get back to work.
