The Stopak Jumbo Inflator is custom designed to inflate dunnage bags, which are used to fill voids between merchandise packed into containers, trucks and the holds of ships. Once inflated the bags prevent the merchandise from shifting and ultimately being damaged during transit. Unique to Stopaks Jumbo inflator, a digital pressure sensor and electronic switching valve ensures a predefined pressure is maintained for all bags during multiple cargo loads. The user can initiate inflation and then focus on other activities (fire and forget). When the bag reaches a preset pressure it automatically shuts off. Over time users will collate a database of cargo pressure sensitivity, which can be simply entered into the product when applicable, rather than requesting an intuitive understanding from dockyard personnel.
