3. Keep a Smile

Tip: Say Alhamdulillah after meals—teach it to children too.
8. Sleep with Wudhu & Dua
The Prophet ﷺ taught us to end the day with purity.
*Hadith: When you go to bed, do wudhu as you do for prayer, then lie down on your right side and say the du'a… (Sahih Bukhari, 247; Sahih Muslim, 2710)
Tip: Recite Ayat-ul-Kursi and the last three Surahs before sleeping.
9. Visit the Sick
Visiting the sick is a Sunnah of compassion.
*Hadith: Whoever visits a sick person, an announcer calls out: 'May you be pure, may your walk be blessed, and may you dwell in a home in Paradise.' (Tirmidhi, 2008)
Tip: A short visit, message, or call can uplift someone deeply.
10. Remember Allah through Dhikr
