Weight: 213-216 lbs
Timeline: 14 months after R SIDED ischemic stroke which affected the L side of my body
Main goals: increased wrist strength and stability with increased forearm strength, hoping t progress to pushups.Also grip strength
Difficulty: 1 out of 3 for me. I can chill and watch a movie/ show
Normal sets: 90 seconds x4 sets

Muscles worked: a lot, to many forearm muscles and wrist attachents to name

Please talk to your neurologists and physiotherapists to determine what exercises and rep volumes are appropriate for the patient or yourself and act accordingly. I am clearly pushing myself above and beyond whats needed. But your 70 year old grandpa/grandma should probably not be.
