高雄糖廠舊稱「橋仔頭糖廠」一為原製糖工廠行政區，現已整建為台灣糖業博物館，另一部份為冰品休憩區與藝術創作區。
來到糖廠絕對不能錯過的就是它著名的紅豆酵母冰。
這裡交通方便，搭乘捷運就能到達(橋頭糖廠站)。
Kaohsiung “Qiaozaitou Sugar Refinery”, is the administrative area of the former sugar factory, which has been renovated into the Taiwan Sugar Industry Museum, and the other part is a rest area for ice products and an area for artistic creation.
One thing you can't miss when visiting the factory is its famous red bean yeast ice.
It is easily accessible by MRT (Qiaotou Sugar Factory Station).
