^ This here is how I feel about Emily and Jack, this is the perfect quote about them. Because they are 100% soulmates. Jack was always the one that truly got under Emily's skin and made her a better person, even before he knew she was Amanda. Merely by just him being in her life made her a better person. They always loved each other.

This took me way to long to make. I love this couple so much. I'm so happy that they got their happy ending, because after all the pain, loss and heartbreak they really deserved it. I've always loved how they took their time with this couple, because that's what made them special. That they've been through so much, both together and caused to each other, but are still their for each other and still love each other after all this time. I've always hated how people called them "puppy love" or "childhood love", because they make those statements bad. But that's some of their best qualities. First of all, they were best friends as kids, and as Jack once said "when they were old enough they discovered that they loved each other". But that loved carried on 20+ years, they never forgot each other and they are each others "weak spot". Even when Jack was with Faux Amanda and she had her identity, he still loved Emily more and "deep down always knew Emily was Amanda Clarke". Secondly, Sammy was the one who brought them together multiple times through season 1 (as kids, at the park, every time he brought Jack to Emily's house and when he died) because Sammy was a big part of their lives, so screw that.
