While known largely for piano play with John Coltrane, McCoy Tyner also composed. This tune released in 1967 on Tyner's "The Real McCoy" album. While Jeff may have recorded the tune as a "first take", he'd been practicing a number of tunes in "The Real Book" (including "Contemplation") before actually recording it.
