Описание к видео Exploring the Power of Qi Gong | Day 2 – The Joint Release Qi Gong

Today’s gentle Qi Gong practice focuses on a practice called The Joint Release — supporting ease, circulation, and freedom of movement throughout the body. Through slow, mindful movements and relaxed breath, we invite the joints to soften, open, and release stored tension.

This practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling stiff, tight, fatigued, or holding stress in the body. By gently lubricating the joints and encouraging the flow of Qi, we create space for greater comfort, mobility, and calm energy.

This practice supports:
• releasing tension from the joints
• improving circulation and energy flow
• easing stiffness and restriction
• calming the nervous system
• cultivating softness and ease in the body

The practice is short (5–8 minutes), accessible, and can be done standing or seated in a chair. You’re encouraged to move within your own comfortable range and honour your body exactly as it is today.

Throughout January, I’m sharing 30 days of Qi Gong — simple daily practices to gently build strength, regulate your energy, and support your health and wellbeing.
