If you don't know Mr Paul Sinclair yet, he's the current President of the International Pharmaceutical Federation and former national vice president of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, he's a strong advocate for the expansion of the scope of pharmacy practice and he lead negotiations of the 6th Community Pharmacy Agreement (6CPA) in Australia, a 17 billion dollars Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Australia.
