[16th BIRTHDAY SPECIAL] 5x Fujitec guestroom lifts - Moxy Putrajaya, Putrajaya, MY

This brand new hotel was opened in 2024 just steps away from IOI City Mall, which is the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia. The hotel is connected with the mall's east wing on the ground floor, which is known as the second phase of the mall that was opened in August 2022 (the second phase of the mall is actually connected to the mall's first phase which is the west wing; firstly opened in November 2014). It is also the first Moxy hotel brand to open in Malaysia and is one of the Marriott properties in Putrajaya, the other is Le Meridien which is located nearby (approximately 350 meters away between the hotel itself) and also connected to the same mall's on the west court at the ground and lower ground floors.

The hotel building had 18 floors above ground; the street level had hotel's drop-off, entrance and reception lobby with a bar and a restaurant named Three6.5, this floor provides access to IOI City Mall's east wing. The first floor had five function and meeting rooms named Fun Rooms while the second floor had a swimming pool deck and a fitness center called Sweat It Out. Levels 3 through 17 occupies the hotel's 480 total guestrooms, while the top floor 18 had a rooftop bar and a lounge named Moxy Sky Bar. The hotel's carpark levels were shared with IOI City Mall's basement parking space from levels P1 to P3.

The hotel had seven lifts (excluding two carpark lifts which provides access to or the extension part of the IOI City Mall; which are KONE), consisting of five guestroom passenger lifts and two service lifts, all supplied by Fujitec. This video features a five set of guestroom lifts serving ground floor till level 18. They were belonged to Fujitec's latest model, with touchless sensor buttons and metal buttons alongside large LCD screen on the COP. One of their cars had their left LCD screen working, while the others had their screen cables disconnected. Their cabs had black steel panels and doors alongside brown walls and ceramic flooring. These lifts had their characteristics of the selective collective operation, with one is standby at the ground (main) floor with the doors still open, and the others will stop at their desired floors. These lifts ran quite smoothly as they were brand new, and their speed were decent for a travel distance of 19 floors (height of 66.9 m). Indeed, the top floor had a rooftop bar which is accessible to public, while guestroom floors (including a swimming pool at level 2) were restricted without a valid keycard.

The hotel's service lifts, carpark lifts, the lifts inside IOI City Mall and IOI Tower were not filmed either due to lack of time and/or they were extremely busy (and even overcrowded) at the time of the channel admin's visit.
