Low C Vito/Leblanc L7182 Contrabass Clarinet Extension Showcase and Update

This is a completely removable extension that replaces the bell section of the Vito/Leblanc L7182 Contrabass Clarinet. It requires no permanent modification to the instrument itself and provides a deep, rich, and reedy low D, C#, and C. It differs from other “extensions” in the past (shoving a tube in the bell) in that it is completely chromatic from low Eb down to low C, with 3 new keys being actuated by the thumb.

A tonehole has been added to vent the low C for a powerful and robust low C, a feature found on many bass clarinets. This also opens the opportunity to have a low B if you desire by covering up the tone hole to flatten the low C down to a low B.
