The Hanuman Chalisa in our sweet lullaby version.
This melody came after a concert on our One Love Vision Gathering 2024 as kind of a shavasana chillout impro. David started to chant the Hanuman Chalisa in January 2023 and since then he took it to his daily devotional practice - inspired by versions of Krishna Das and Jai Uttal.

Recorded in Dar Oussidi / Merzouga after our 4th "Golden Desert Retreat" on Iphone 11 and 13 - without any mixing and mastering. Worked out in Luma Fusion.

Played on a Rav Vast G Pygmy.

Hanuman Chalisa is a timeless ode to devotion. Hanuman is known for his devotion to Ram and is considered to be the embodiment of faith, surrender, and devotion.

The ‘Hanuman Chalisa‘ is composed by Saint Goswami Tulsidas, the author of the Tulsi Ramayana (Ramacharitamanasa). It is believed that an ailing Tulsidas composed the Hanuman Chalisa. Composing and singing the praises of Lord Hanuman, helped Tulsidas regain his health.

Composed of 40 verses filled with praises for Lord Hanuman, the Hanuman Chalisa is composed in Avadhi.
