CRISPY POPCORN CHICKEN | PATOK NA STREET FOOD BUSINESS | PABORITO NG MGA STUDYANTE | TRENDING NA FOOD BUSINESS 2020

Ingredients:
½ kg Chicken fillet (thigh/breast)
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ tsp Paprika (adjust base on your preference)

¾ cup cup Flour
¾ cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

cold water + egg mixture / cold water only

Oil for frying

Procedure:
1. Slice the chicken into small pieces approximately 1in.
2. Add egg, salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside and let it sit for at least an hour. (pero kung nagmamadali ka wag mo na imarinate hehe)
3. Mix the ff: flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
4. Coat each chicken pieces evenly on the flour mixture
5. Dip it on the cold water mixture.
6. Coat it again with flour mixture.
7. Deep fry.
8. Serve and Enjoy!
